ANDREW BRIDGE
Chief Executive Officer

Andrew is a former Army Officer who spent more than 12 years in uniform including operational deployments to the Solomon Islands, Iraq and Afghanistan. After leaving the Army, Andrew successfully founded and operated a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in the design and delivery of customised programs for Government and corporate clients. As this company continued to grow, Andrew expanded the business into the Philippines establishing a Process Outsourcing Arm that expanded to more than 60 staff and supported clients in IT, finance, education and manufacturing.

Andrew commenced with Informatech in 2021 and was promoted to the Chief Executive Officer role in 2023.

ADAM BAILEY
Chief Operating Officer

Adam is responsible for keeping Informatech moving in the right direction across operations, governance, systems, people and service delivery.

Since joining Informatech in 2023, Adam has focused on bringing structure to a growing business without losing sight of the people within it. With a background in education and experience building teams and functions from the ground up, he takes a practical, people-first approach to operational improvement.

Adam is driven by trust, accountability and common sense. He works closely with teams across the business to simplify processes, strengthen internal systems and give people the clarity they need to do their best work.

CAMERON O’NEILL
Chief Financial Officer

Cameron is an experienced finance executive with a strong background across CFO leadership, financial control, corporate treasury, governance and risk management. He has held senior finance roles across ICT, data centres, manufacturing, banking, consulting and higher education, with experience spanning financial reporting, treasury management, commercial oversight, banking relationships, risk management and board reporting.

Cameron joined Informatech in 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing significant experience in financial leadership, governance and corporate finance. His focus is on strengthening Informatech’s financial management, supporting sustainable growth, and ensuring the business has the financial discipline, systems and reporting needed to scale effectively.

MATT PANKHURST
Director – Technical Services

Matt leads Informatech’s Technical Services vertical, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, business development and connecting clients with high-quality technical talent.

With more than 10 years’ experience in technology recruitment, Matt brings strong expertise across candidate generation, client relationship management and business growth. He understands the importance of matching the right people to the right opportunities and takes a practical, relationship-focused approach to supporting both clients and consultants.

Matt’s experience and market knowledge play an important role in strengthening Informatech’s technical capability and supporting the continued growth of the business.

WADE RANDALL
Director – Project Services

Wade is a senior executive and delivery leader with over 25 years’ experience leading complex programs, transformation initiatives and project delivery across government, Defence and the private sector. He has held senior leadership roles across major organisations, with strong experience in governance, commercial management, stakeholder engagement and building high-performing delivery teams.

Wade joined Informatech in 2026 as Director – Project Services, bringing significant experience in Federal Government and Defence environments. His focus is on growing Informatech’s Project Services capability, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting the delivery of reliable, outcome-focused project and program services.

MELISSA TYSZYK
Business Development Manager – Testing Services

Melissa (Mel) was our first ever Business Development Manager, joining the company in 2021. Prior to joining Informatech Mel spent a number of years as a recruitment consultant building up a strong network of individuals and intricate knowledge of the testing discipline.

As a Business Development Manager, Mel oversees business development activities, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and strategic workforce planning. She is part of a small team of specialist business development managers focused on Testing Services and is arguably the best in her field having made a name for herself within the industry.

PHU NGUYEN
Business Development Manager – Technical Services

With extensive experience in the IT professional services industry, Phu specialises in Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cyber Security Solutions. He has developed a strong network of ICT professionals and has worked closely with various government agencies, making him a valuable asset to our company. Phu’s passion for connecting talented professionals with opportunities and his deep understanding of government processes position him to significantly enhance Informatech’s service offerings.

Phu’s diverse interests and strong work ethic make him a well-rounded and dynamic addition to our team. We are confident that Phu’s expertise and dedication will contribute to our continued success and growth in the Technical Services department.

RHYLL DEVER
Service Delivery Manager – Testing Services

Rhyll Dever is a senior testing and delivery leader with more than 20 years’ experience across Commonwealth and ACT Government, specialising in complex ICT delivery, digital transformation, and organisational capability uplift. She brings a strong track record in stabilising large-scale programs, governing multi-stream portfolios, and creating structured, high-performing delivery environments across technical, operational and clinical contexts.

As Service Delivery Manager – Testing Services, Rhyll leads delivery across a broad federal government portfolio, overseeing a large, distributed testing workforce supporting multiple agencies. A core focus of her role is workforce leadership—managing consultant wellbeing, performance, and development at scale, while ensuring a consistent and supportive experience across diverse client environments. She brings strong expertise in coaching, capability development, and workforce planning, using data-driven insights to strengthen engagement, retention, and delivery outcomes.

OLIVIA ASHMORE
Business Manager

Olivia joined Informatech in 2023, bringing with her a background in administration and people management. Since joining, she has grown into a broad and varied role that sits at the heart of the business, supporting everything from day to day operations through to compliance and staff experience.

As Business Manager, Olivia oversees a broad range of functions including staff onboarding and offboarding, contract management, compliance tracking, event coordination and internal communications. Working closely with the COO and leadership team, she plays a key role in keeping day to day operations running effectively and ensuring the business meets its obligations across the government and defence sectors. Known for her warm, approachable nature and dependability, Olivia has become a trusted and valued member of the Informatech team.

NASIR JAMAL
Finance Manager

Nasir joined Informatech in 2025 as Finance Manager, working closely with the CFO to support the company’s finance operations.

A qualified CPA with over eight years’ experience in finance and accounting, Nasir brings a reliable, professional and practical approach to his work. He is known for his strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to build positive working relationships across the business.

Nasir is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality financial support in a fast-moving environment, helping ensure Informatech’s finance function runs smoothly and continues to support the broader team.

HANNAH LEMON
Finance Officer

Hannah joined Informatech in 2025 as Finance Officer, bringing experience across financial operations, payroll and business administration.

In her role, Hannah supports the day-to-day running of Informatech’s finance function, including accounts management, payroll coordination and stakeholder support. She works closely with the Finance team, leadership and operational staff to help keep financial processes accurate, efficient and well managed.

With strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach, Hannah plays an important role in supporting the smooth operation of the business and has quickly become a trusted and valued member of the team.
