REMOTE WORKING

We have a number of engagements that allow us to undertake remote work, and we use these to enable people to work from remote locations. Our workforce now spans ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, and SA.

FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS

We don’t mandate specific start and finish times to give you some flexibility in how you work. Whether it be so you can manage school drop-off or pick-up, or just because you are not a morning person, we’re flexible.

MINIMAL OVERTIME

Our goal as a company is to resource our projects so that there are a sufficient number of staff to complete the work set of them without needing to do overtime. We work to live not live to work.

FAMILY COMES FIRST

Family is important to us, and we want all of our staff to be enabled to spend time with their families. That’s why we have progressive parental leave policies, and resource our projects to try and minimise overtime.

NO UNPAID OVERTIME

It’s a company rule. Everyone is paid for every hour that they work – no exceptions. While we aim to avoid overtime where we can, if you are needed to do some extra hours then you will be paid for the time you work.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

We firmly believe in growing and developing our staff and invest heavily in professional development and certification. All employees receive a training allowance and training leave each year.

SECURITY CLEARANCES

As a Defence Industry Security Partner (DISP) member and a large provider of Defence services, we can sponsor and upgrade clearances for staff to fill our current and future work. We also provide proactive management of security clearances, such as revalidation and change of circumstances to avoid any issues.

HEALTH AND WELLBEING

In recognizing the challenges of balancing work and family amongst many other commitments, Informatech strives to support our staff in managing their physical and mental health. We offer annual health and welfare packages which can be used at your discretion in any way that benefits your overall wellness.

FLEXIBLE WORK OPTIONS

We don’t subscribe to the old argument of contractors vs permanent staff. You choose the employment type that works best for you and your circumstances. Everyone is treated fairly and equally regardless of what they choose.

PROGRESSIVE PARENTAL LEAVE

We recognize the impact that having children can have on you, your family and your career, and have designed progressive policies to support families to grow their family while knowing their job is safe.

FAST AND ACCURATE PAYMENT

Permanent staff are paid fortnightly, and contractors are usually paid within 24 hours of submitting a valid invoice. We pride ourselves on making payments quickly and accurately so that you don’t have to wait.

SALARY SACRIFICE AND LEASES

We have providers and policies in place that enable us to provide salary sacrifice for assorted IT equipment and phones, as well as leasing arrangements for most vehicles. We can support whatever you require in this space.
