ANDREW BRIDGE – Chief Executive Officer
Andrew is a former Army Officer who spent more than 12 years in uniform including operational deployments to the Solomon Islands, Iraq and Afghanistan. After leaving the Army, Andrew successfully founded and operated a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in the design and delivery of customised programs for Government and corporate clients. As this company continued to grow, Andrew expanded the business into the Philippines establishing a Process Outsourcing Arm that expanded to more than 60 staff and supported clients in IT, finance, education and manufacturing.
In 2016 Andrew moved back into the Defence Industry operating a training and workforce consultancy that supported large Defence acquisitions and projects analysing and designing training and workforce solutions to support new equipment across the three services. In 2020, Andrew moved into a management role with Crown Management Solutions before commencing in the General Manager for Informatech in 2021.
Andrew holds qualifications in leadership, business, management and project management and has a detailed knowledge of the Defence Industry and Business operations and management. He is committed to ensuring that Informatech continues to act as an Industry leader within the ICT industry.
In 2023, Andrew was promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer.

MELISSA TYSZYK – Director – Testing Services
Melissa (Mel) is our first ever Business Development Manager, joining the company in 2021. Mel performs a wide range of duties including generation of new business, stakeholder engagement, relationship management and strategic workforce planning.
Mel has 4 years of prior experience in IT Recruitment and Business Development in Canberra, during which time she specialised in Testing Recruitment, building up a strong network of individuals and an intricate knowledge of the discipline.
Mel brings a creative flair and a growth mindset, with her focus being to support growth in our business. Mel prioritizes service delivery, focusing on giving the best possible service and maintaining strong relationships with her clients – this is testament to the number of recommendations and referrals she receives.

ADAM BAILEY – Director – Operations
Adam commenced as our Operations Manager in 2023. With a background in Education, Adam has a deep connection to people and a sense of accountability that drives him to get the most out of each day. He believes that optimal organisational function is built upon relationships, trust and culture.
In a variety of industries, Adam has excelled in developing company departments from the ground up. With logical thinking and a focus on processes, Adam finds comfort in moving things forward.

MATT PANKHURST – Director – Technical Services
Matt is responsible for growing our Infrastructure and Engineering verticals with a specific focus on Stakeholder Engagement, Business Development and engaging with the best talent in the market.
He is a highly experienced Technology Recruitment specialist, with over 10 years background in candidate generation, business development and management. Matt currently resides in Brisbane, however the first 8 years of his career were spent in Canberra, primarily servicing the ICT infrastructure space, where he built strong relationships and obtained an intimate understanding of the market.
As a proven professional in the industry Matt has a strong track record of high performance and growth and brings an honest and transparent approach to everyone he deals with, providing expert guidance to deliver positive outcomes to both candidates and customers.

DAN RANKINS – General Manager – Operations
Dan has extensive program management experience spanning a 30-year career in ICT, serving Defence and DFAT clients in a variety of roles from Systems Administration, Quality Management to Project and Program Management. Dan’s early career was spent as a Geologist, before a move into Journalism, eventually settling into IT in the early 90’s. His subsequent Defence projects has seen Dan work across a number of Departments from CIOG, CASG, Air Force, Navy and the Geospatial community, progressively more senior and responsible roles. After 13 years with ADI (now Thales Australia),
Dan co-founded Agema Group in 2016 specialising in recruiting and retaining skilled experts to support critical Defence Projects. Informatech welcomed Dan to the management team following the aquisition of Agema Group in 2022.

DEHANN BROWNE – Director – Project Services
Dehann is a highly experienced Program Manager with an extensive background in program management of large-scale ICT programs within Defence, Government, and private industry. She spent 10 years as a serving military member before joining the corporate sector to work on military information systems development, integration, implementation, and sustainment. Her experience extends from strategic engagement roles to managing the delivery and transition into service of complex Defence Command and Control (C2) systems, deployed ICT systems, Enterprise hardware, network, and software systems. Dehann’s roles have included a variety of significant Defence ICT projects across CASG, CIOG, Navy and Army, predominately in the strategic and deployed space.
In 2016 she co-founded Agema Group utilising her technical expertise and industry knowledge to support the delivery of key Defence ICT projects. Dehann joined Informatech in 2022 following the purchase of Agema Group.

HAYLEY BENNETT – Business Development Manager – Testing Services
Hayley is an accomplished ICT Account Manager with over 4 years of expertise in the recruitment industry, specialising in relationship management, candidate generation, service delivery and business development, particularly within the Federal Government sector.
In early 2023, Hayley joined Informatech as a Business Development Consultant in the Test and Evaluation Team, bringing her expertise and experience with her to drive strategic growth. With a dedicated focus on aligning technology solutions with government needs, Hayley ensures ongoing success and client satisfaction across various departments and private enterprises. Her strategic mindset, paired with her proactive approach, enables her to navigate complex challenges effectively.
